Appoint Board Chair And Vice Chair

 Directors and the Secretary will hold an Executive Session at the
 START of the meeting to review and consider changes to Board
 Chair/Vice Chair appointments.  No other business will be conducted
 during this executive session.

 The board appoints Sander Striker as the Chair and Rich Bowen as the
 Vice Chair both by consensus.
