Establish Infrastructure Administrator as an Officer

16 Nov 2016 ¶

 WHEREAS, the President has created a position
 known as Infrastructure Administrator and appointed Greg Stein to
 fill that position; and

 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors deems it to be in the best
 interests of the Foundation to appoint the Infrastructure
 Administrator as an officer of the Foundation.

 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Greg Stein, as
 Infrastructure Administrator, is hereby an officer of the
 Foundation, to serve in accordance with and subject to the
 direction of the President and the Bylaws of the Foundation.

 Special Order 7E, Establish Infrastructure Administrator as an
 Officer, was approved by Unanimous Vote of the directors
 present.
