Hire a sysadmin

    Justin will have two proposals to the board by our July 1st meeting:
    - Hiring a sysadmin on to our staff.
    - Outsourcing all infra@ activities to a third-party company.

 Discussion has started on infra@ for formulating these job descriptions.
