- The donation of PyHive project is resolved and the IP Clearance is
approved by IPMC.

Meetups and Conferences:
- One of our PMC submited a subject and got accepted by CoC Asia 2024, it's

and add scala version suffix in scala modules.
* Reduce redundant test suites, switch to in-memory catalog and other
refactors to speed up unit tests.
